Terms:
All prices include GST and exclude freight. Although we keep this site as up to date as possible our prices may change from those advertised.
Please ask us to confirm the price if required.
The order confirmation you receive is not an invoice so please do not pay on this.
A copy of the invoice will be sent to your email address when the goods are ready to be despatched. We will ship the goods once we have received and cleared your payment.
Payment can be made by cheque, cash or internet banking. Please use the order number or client number as a reference.
Orders of 50kg or more receive a 5% discount on goods excluding freight, fertiliser, stockfood, some fruit and nuts.
Delivery:
We endeavour to keep our freight cost as low as possible. If there is a cheaper freight option available we will be in touch but the courier charges below will be the worst case scenario.

Small towns may also be charged a rural ticket which is usually $ 5.50
To eliminate a rural ticket we are quite happy for you to have it delivered to an alternative address.
Returns:
Any invoice or product queries must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. If the claim is accepted the full price will be credited to your
account excluding packaging and freight, on the return of the goods.
